I can't believe it's been 6 years since I trained as a hypnotherapist & over 10 years as a coach! I love being able to support clients to overcome anxiety, reduce stress and burnout and move forward in their lives. As someone who previously experienced high levels of stress and eventually burnout, I am passionate about supporting others to prevent it or overcome it.
Anxiety can often sit alongside high levels of stress but can also be something experienced in relation to specific situations or events eg; social anxiety, work-related anxiety, separation anxiety.
Coaching and Hypnotherapy are a great combination to help you resolve the issue you are experiencing & regain you confident, calmer self!
