It’s going to be an emotional day tomorrow
TTC7 final weekend … all delivering our own creative treats & fun and sharing the love 🤎🤎🤎🤎 pouring in sweat as I prep 0.5 kg of cacao but a good time to reflect on the past 18 months.

If you think Hatha is “easy” perhaps come along to my classes. Get lost in the breath & build your fire 🔥
Finished off with some relevant YIN poses and a dreamy sivasana with lavendar shoulder press & head massage 💆‍♀️

🌝New Moon pulled me to get my body into some asanas by the water.. 🕉️
The moon 🌕 affects all water; tides of the ocean 🌊 & tides within us ( especially us ladies! ) A time for grounding and checking in with ourselves. See some of you on the mat soon ❤️‍🔥 💜 🤎

🐞My sister introduced me to Cacao several years ago when she lived in Costa Rica. 🦋
She actually farmed her own & brought me a block back and we have shared many magical moments together sipping this incredible drink! ☕️
🧘🏼‍♀️ I’ll be hosting a cacao ceremony for my amazing girls in June & then more at future retreat days. Watch this space 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Benefits of cacao for us ladies ; magnesium is great for cramps!!! 😫 🙅🏼‍♀️
Theobromine increases blood flow to the heart ❤️ great to get blood flowing to all extremities and nourished dehydrated cold bones!
