My name is Mlala, and I am the Unit Manager for Whitkirk House. I have been a nurse for 14 years and have spent the last two years working as a Clinical Unit Manager. I enjoy my role because it gives me the opportunity to make a positive difference in people’s lives and ensure they receive the highest standard of care and support.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is working alongside the dedicated team at Whitkirk House. We all share the same goal of providing excellent care, making a difference every day, and ensuring our residents are happy, safe, and well looked after.
In my spare time, I enjoy watching movies, particularly action films, and following football. I also love travelling abroad, especially because it brings happiness to my wife and gives us the opportunity to create wonderful memories together.
