“This health check gives an overview of a patient’s current health and wellbeing, identifying any common health issues such as high blood pressure and obesity.
The assessment includes
- a simple fitness test
- observations & testing including lung volume, oxygen saturation, breathing pattern, diet, strength, blood pressure, and full body composition testing.
It also covers wellbeing status, sleep quality, daily habits such as smoking and alcohol intake.
From the results we can identify any areas for improvement and form a personal plan and patient specific goals. The health checks are a great way of managing the risk of potential preventative health conditions occurring in the future and giving patients a better quality of life with education, encouragement and professional advice”
