How's your morning prep look for the day ?

It might seem annoying and alot of effort putting your food in boxes is worth it.

It's more annoying when you get hungry or are ready for lunch. Then you have go to the shop spend more money and get whatever is convenient. Effecting your fitness goals and hitting the pocket.

Unfortunately most of us don't make progress due to us not knowing what level we should be working at. When you come into the gym does it really feel hard ? Are you really feeling them reps or is it just the last few. 😔

If you really want to make progress in your fitness you need the correct technique and the right level of difficulty to make a difference.

Discomfort is just for a moment which is what it feels like the first time but soon as you start getting to the right level that will become your enjoyment.

MISSED MONDAY, TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY !!

Spending your morning on the edge, wanting to get into the gym but something else gets in the way.
