Rest, nourishment, relax, be still and allow yourself to be treated, pampered and receive on this beautiful Autumnal day. 🍂✨

Our last retreat of the year is our RESET women's silent day retreat is going to be this Saturday 15th November in our home town (for the first time) in Leicestershire! 💖 This is the last chance to grab this last place. 🧘🏻‍♀️✨

If you're looking for a day of stillness, reflection and rest.. no cooking; be cooked and cared for, with a pinch of pamper, quiet and peace! This is the retreat for you. ✨

As women, it is SO IMPORTANT to take time out to rest as we often get so little. In the silence we find peace, safety and comfortability that often leads us to full rest and enlightenment. In a world full of disassociation, distraction and over stimulation.. stillness, silence and rest are so important to endure and this will be your day to have it all and be completely able to rest and be guided through to, recharge and Reset. 🙏🏻💖

The day will consist of:

Followed by a wholesome sharing circle and cuppa 🥰

Presenting - A DAY FOR MEN ⚔️🖤

SATURDAY 10th MAY | 10.30am - 5pm

Hi there I'm Whitney and I'll be hosting and facilitating a day specifically designed for men to come together to connect, network, enjoy a nice walk and some refreshments and then unwind to some relaxing sessions to finish the day. This is a great day for any men looking to treat themselves to a day of rest, learn and try new relaxing techniques to bring groundedness and calmness into their lives as well as better their mental and physical health.

Your day will be hosted by myself
And will leave you feeling lighter, more engaged and connected to your inner self plus you will gain tools to help navigate you through difficulties as well as access to a growing and supportive community.

RESET = SELF CONNECTION ✨

Yesterday we had our women's RESET retreat in Warwickshire...

What a beautiful it was; stillness, calm, no distractions but reflection and the great within. This retreat is one of my favourites as you give yourself a day to let go of the outside world and reconnect to the one inside of you.

It was a pleasure to hold space for these beautiful souls and just from yesterday alone I witnessed so many beautiful breakthroughs and beginnings of new journeys. We always know the answer, the silence reminds us of who we are and tells all. ✨

Thank you again to Terriann for your help and to all who came and gave themselves the gift of full presence - keep that gift going. ✨
