This weekend I will be launching Hani's Kitchen range of artisan pastries! If you will be Ruddington Village Market on Saturday or Quorn Food and Craft Trail on Sunday, do say hi and grab your box of these tasty treats!!

Looking forward to a super busy month in September, taking part in several food festivals in Quorn, Leicester and Rutland in addition to the usual markets at Ruddington, The Garage, Atherstone and Market Bosworth!

Also, Hani's Kitchen will be making its dipute Nottingham Vegan Market in September!

I rarely have the time to do catering orders, but two weeks ago, I did a lunch for a family gathering.

The Menu was:

Starers: Classic Hummous, Mutabal, Fattoush Salad and Garlic Labne

Pastries: Lahim bi Aajeen & Spinach Fatayer

Mains: Chicken Rice with roasted nuts and Lamb Green Beans in pomegranate syrup

Dessert: Pistachio Baklawa and Knefe Ashta
