Personally….
New Year doesn’t feel like quite the right time to be promising myself all things ‘new’….

Instead it feels more like a time to nestle into these colder winter moments ❄️.

No rushing….
no resolutions….
no new goals…..
Just time to pause… rest & reflect on all of the lessons & blessings of the year passed by 🤍

Wishing you and yours magical things for 2026 …

🎄 But it’s also a time when ‘busyness’ continues to grow…and we find ourselves resisting the call to slow down 🐌…

…we try our best to push through… keeping the same pace, the same expectations, the same energy 🌪️…

The truth is…that overwhelm is real 🤍
The lists will often get longer, the responsibilities will be ticking over in the mind…and those moments we try to gather ourselves …often happen behind a closed door 🚪 …a quiet breath in the bathroom before we pop the smile back on🎭

🌪️ And it’s often in these moments…when it all feels too much ….that creating space for yourself when it the most impossible…that it becomes the kindest thing you can offer yourself.

A small pause that lets you keep holding it all together… before the burnout arrives. 🤍✨

An early morning walk & talk to start the day ❄️✨

The crispness of winter was in the air for sure ❄️ a big breath of fresh air …all set for a lovely day of reiki & reflex 🌕

A gorgeous day from start 🐦‍⬛ ~ with the moody misty morning 🌫️ ….to finish with the bright moon light 🌖✨

But what struck me most was my amazing clients ✨
each one of them carrying so much 💼 …but knowing that by allowing themselves just a moment of time…even if 45minutes… to pause…breathe…and reconnect 🧩

…that when they return …they will do so feeling refreshed , rebalanced and ready to carry on ⚔️ just like the warriors that they are 🙌🏻🤍🌜✨
