POV: Maybe you’ve trained your body not to go to the toilet without realising it.

A lot of people I see are stuck in a holding pattern their body has learned over time.

Holding in:
– stress
– tension
– emotions
– the urge to go (because you’re busy, at work, not at home…)

Your body adapts to that, and eventually it stops sending clear signals, or you feel the urge, but physically can’t go properly. That’s your gut and nervous system being out of sync.

This is why some people can eat well, take supplements, drink more water, eat more fibre and still feel stuck sometimes too. For some people, the missing piece isn’t more restriction or more supplements, it’s teaching the body how to feel safe enough to let go again.

Liver flukes....most of my clients have no idea they have them, some have even tested negative for them on a stool test.

Here’s the thing…they can live in the body for 20–30 years, quietly driving symptoms that don’t obviously link back to the liver:
• hormonal imbalances & PMS
• acne
• bloating, poor fat digestion, constipation
• fatigue
• weight loss resistance

Because they sit in the liver & bile ducts, they disrupt bile flow — which is key for hormone clearance, detoxification, digestion, and gut balance.

So when bile isn’t moving well, symptoms show up everywhere.

This is where deeper work comes in — looking beyond symptoms and actually supporting how your body functions as a whole.

Most people are looking for one thing to explain how they feel.
One food.
One hormone.
One diagnosis.

But in reality… it’s rarely that.

What I see all the time is this. People have been living with symptoms for so long,
they’ve started to normalise them.
✅ Bloating after meals. Constipation. Acid reflux. Abdominal pain.
✅ Low energy. Low mood. Tiredness rest doesn't fix.
✅ Hormonal symptoms. PMS.PCOS. Endometriosis. Fibroids. Cysts.

So they try to fix each one separately — cutting foods out, adding supplements, but nothing fully resolves.

Because the body doesn’t work in isolation. Your digestion, liver, hormones, nervous system—they’re all connected. If the underlying processes aren’t working properly, symptoms don’t just disappear. They keep coming back.

🤔 What even is bile… and why does it matter so much?

Bile is a fluid made by your liver and stored in your gallbladder. Most people think it’s just there to help digest fats—but it plays a much bigger role than that.

It’s one of the main ways your body:
• breaks down fats efficiently
• keeps your bowels moving
• removes toxins and waste
• clears excess hormones

So when bile isn’t flowing properly, things don’t just feel a bit off…they start to slow down across multiple systems. This can show up as: bloating after meals, constipation, skin issues and flares, hormonal symptoms, low energy, feeling heavy or sluggish.

The tricky part is—most people don’t connect these symptoms back to bile flow.
They focus on the surface level: cutting foods out, trying supplements, managing symptoms, but never addressing one of the underlying drivers.
