We took this little Beauty for her run today. Which is always lovely to see her being herself as she is so busy at Guide dog school all week. She has definitely had a good run and is having a well deserved rest.
Ive also had some long over due me time this weekend. We all need it from time to time.
Happy Sunday everyone 💕💙

I've just done a short Reiki session for my daughter. She's all stuffed up with this cold thats going around, so she asked for some Reiki. Fast forward 30 mins and she felt like she could breath again from being stuffed up. And was able to start clearing her sinuses.
She said she could have stayed in The Garden Room for a nice little nap didn't you Meredyth Stanton-Carter 😴 💕💙
