Leigh PCN is supporting Menโs Metal Health Awareness Month! Along side Man Leigh, Andys Mans Club, Women Leigh, Foxleigh and Premier Health Team Patient Participation Groups!
A big thank you to Man Leigh and Women Leigh attending at our Bridgewater site prompting support and awareness.
ManLeigh offer a safe space for the men of leigh. At Man Leigh, community engagement is at the heart of our mission. For every man who reaches out, there are thousands more who remain isolated, struggling alone at home without the strength or support to seek help.
The journey is guided by each individualโs goalsโwhether itโs eventually joining a group or simply regaining the confidence to face the world. Manleighs one-on-one sessions create a space for open conversation, forming genuine connections that allow difficult questions to be asked and answered. They act as mentors, helping these men find their own solutions. While offering guidance and encourage them to make progress, they respect that real change requires their effortโoften 70% of itโon their own terms.
