I offer 1-2-1 sessions as well as group sound baths and workshops.

Our next Immersive Sound Journey is coming to Berkhamsted

We’re so excited to be bringing our sound journey to this beautiful yurt for the very first time.

Friday 9th October
10:30–11:30am
The Yurt, Berkhamsted, Hospice of St Francis

Come and take an hour for yourself — a chance to slow down, breathe, switch off from the outside world and simply be.

Surrounded by the soothing sounds and vibrations of Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes and other instruments, allow yourself to relax, release and reconnect.
