A little glimpse inside our Pregnancy Relaxation Evening…

We created these evenings to give you something that can be surprisingly hard to find during pregnancy: time to simply stop.

Time to breathe, relax, connect with your baby and enjoy some space for yourself.

And importantly, this time is specifically for you. There is no expectation, nothing you need to achieve and no “right” way to relax. Take from the evening whatever you need — whether that’s deep relaxation, a little quiet time, a chance to switch off, or simply some uninterrupted time to connect with your baby.

Our evenings include guided pregnancy relaxation, positive affirmations, pregnancy-safe aromatherapy and plenty of time to get comfortable and completely switch off.

We’ve now released our next two dates:

Wednesday 26th August | 7–8:30pm
Wednesday 23rd September | 7–8:30pm

And our Summer Special is still running — book your first session and your second session is completely complimentary.

🌙 Infant Sleep Workshop

Understanding your baby’s sleep can feel overwhelming — especially when you’re tired and surrounded by conflicting advice.

We’re delighted to be welcoming Amanda & Charlotte from Snooze & Bloom, OCN-accredited paediatric sleep consultants, to Nurture & Bloom for an interactive Infant Sleep Workshop.

Join us for a relaxed morning of learning, stay & play and plenty of opportunity to ask questions.

We’ll explore:

✨ Sleep needs
✨ Common sleep challenges
✨ Healthy sleep habits
✨ Sleep associations
✨ Safe sleep

The session will finish with an informal Q&A, giving you the opportunity to discuss the things that matter to you and your little one.

Our three-session course is designed to help you feel informed, confident and prepared for birth and early parenthood.

Led by two experienced NHS midwives, our small group sessions combine evidence-based antenatal education with practical hypnobirthing techniques in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Hi everyone! We are Emily & Rosie - 2 local midwives with over 20 years experience between us. We run a weekly infant feeding support group in Moreton Eye, Mondays 10-11.30. We are running most weeks throughout the summer holidays to maintain support for local families.
Our next session is this coming Monday 3rd august. Bookings can be made directly via our website or send us a message if you have any questions.
We keep our groups intentionally small to promote a calm and relaxed environment. We would love to see you there ☺️
