Recently, Grace was spotted arriving to work in style in the S4iL mobile 🚗✨ ready to provide the care, support and companionship that helps people live independently and enjoy the things that matter most to them!

Our Support Workers are at the heart of everything we do, and we simply couldn’t be prouder of the difference they make every single day. Their kindness, dedication and compassion help people continue living life on their own terms, in the homes and communities they love. 🫂

We know that Father’s Day can bring a mix of emotions and we send love and strength and to anyone who may be missing someone special or finding today difficult. 🤗💙

At S4IL, we’re proud to celebrate the incredible men working in healthcare. While support work is often seen as a female profession, the reality is that caring, compassion and kindness have no gender. 💙

There's nothing quite like spending time in the garden on a sunny summer's day 🪴🪏

David was delighted to enjoy some time in his beautiful garden recently, making the most of the warmer weather and the outdoor space he loves so much.✨

Our Homecare team provides support through shorter visits throughout the day, helping people with everyday tasks while enabling them to continue enjoying the homes, hobbies and routines that matter most to them! 💙

For David, that means being able to spend time in his garden, enjoying the fresh air and the simple pleasures that make a house feel like home.👨‍🌾

A special thank you to Bill 💙✨

Last month, we said goodbye to a much-loved member of our Independent Living at Home team.

Anyone who worked alongside Bill will know that he always arrived with a huge smile and a positive attitude, ready to take on whatever the day had in store. 😊

Bill brought kindness, reliability, humour and genuine care to every shift. He built a wonderful relationship with Dave and was a valued member of our team, always willing to help and support those around him.

Support work is about so much more than completing tasks. It's about building trust, creating meaningful connections, and making a positive difference in someone's life. Bill did that every single day. 💙

Thank you, Bill, for everything you've done. You've been a joy to work alongside, and you'll be greatly missed by Dave and all of us at S4IL.

We wish you all the very best for the future. ✨

Join us on Thursday 9th July for our Annual Afternoon Tea at the S4IL office in Leominster! 💙

Whether you're someone we support, a Support Worker, a friend, family member, or simply someone who would like to come along and support a great cause, we'd love to see you there.

Enjoy delicious afternoon tea, great company, and the chance to win some fantastic raffle prizes, all while helping us raise money for our Charity of the Year, Herefordshire Growing Point. 🌱

Afternoon Tea boxes are available for £5 per person and must be pre-ordered in advance.

Audrey was delighted to receive her latest selection and is already looking forward to getting stuck into some new stories 😊

At Services for Independent Living, our Home Care team provides support through shorter visits throughout the day, helping people with everyday tasks while supporting them to continue doing the things they love.

For Audrey, that includes keeping up with one of her favourite hobbies, reading ✨
