Huge thank you to everyone who came to our Exhibition today to look at our members work. It was so wonderful to see so many people from our community coming to look at our members wonderful work.
We are so proud of all the work our group has done on the history of Lichfield and will be adding to the exhibition and doing another one'

Reminder it is our exhibition today. Our members have put together some of their favourite facts, places and people of history and recreated them. Please come along and have a look and also enjoy cakes and drinks, have a go on our raffle, guess the weight of the cake and our picture quiz - guess where the photographs were taken.

Had a wonderful birthday celebration at The Potting Shed - Lichfield. As usual amazing food at such a good price. Thank you Richard and Hannah for helping us celebrate

Today we celebrate 14 years of helping our members live the life they want.

Last year was very hard for us as we were worried we might have to close.
But our members worked hard to raise money, and our community supported us and because of this, we are still here and still helping people.

We are not fully out of trouble yet, but we are doing much better than last year.

A big thank you to our members, staff and trustees – you make this the best job in the world☺️

We have two upcoming events in the next couple of weeks. On Saturday is our regular monthly coffee morning, theme is celebration as on Sunday 3rd May F2F is 14 years old.
On Saturday 9th May we are at the Guildhall with our Lichfield History Exhibition which includes art work, craft work, written work and photographs all done by our members. There will also be refreshments and fun quizzes and more - ALL WELCOME

Had a fantastic day visiting Anfield, Liverpool FC's ground. Did the stadium tour and Museum aswell as outside the stadium, lunch and shopping ... perfect day out with Ian, Graeme, Philip, Alex, Antony, Gray and Tamsin.

We were pleased to welcome Hanley Braille group to F2F this morning and what an amazing session we all had.
We learned about braille, how to use braille machines, used various types of glasses to show how visually impaired people saw things and learned to write our own name in braille.
The group explained about aspects of adjusting to blindness such as equipment, mobility and games and it was a really interesting morning.
A huge thank you to all members of the Hanley braille group and to our member George who helped organise this.
