A few regulars away this month making it a slightly smaller group, but a fab social run celebrating one year of The Friday Playlist! I really do appreciate you guys turning up in all types of weather, embracing the tunes while we shake off any stresses from the week.Thank you to The Swanholme for hosting us each month and supporting the group's journey.

🎶 The Friday Playlist Run 🎶
📅 Friday 7th August 🕡 6:30pm outside The Swanholme entrance.
Join us for a fun, social 5k(ish) run at a 6–7 min/km pace. We'll be running to a playlist packed with singalong favourites/road trip faves to keep the miles flying by! 🎵🏃
Whether you're a regular or it's your first time, everyone is welcome. The focus is on enjoying the run, the music and great company.
🍻 Optional post-run drink at The Swanholme – because you've earned it!

Tested out the speakers with the new playlist early this morning along the A46, where I wouldn't disturb anyone with my singing... or the speakers! 😄
Feeling very satisfied with this week's Friday Playlist Run theme: Summer Road Trips. ☀️🚗🎶
