As I look back on all that 2024 brought to me, becoming a Les Mills BODYBALANCE instructor has been one of the greatest. It gave me a chance to explore parts of myself that had been forgotten and awarded me with new connections I will always cherish. Thank you all for joining me on this journey in each class. I can’t wait to see what 2025 brings! Happy New Year!

Find strength in stillness.

My favorite part about BODYBALANCE is slowing down and taking the time to be still. Our lives are always moving so quickly, sometimes we forget how much strength it requires to simply be still.
