✨ My under eye results after just ONE NCTF treatment!

Fine lines, dark circles, dehydrated or tired-looking under eyes?

NCTF 135HA is one of my favourite treatments for improving the delicate skin around the eyes.

✨ Deeply hydrates the skin
✨ Helps soften fine lines
✨ Improves skin texture and quality
✨ May help reduce the appearance of certain dark circles
✨ Restores a fresher, more radiant appearance

💉 But does it hurt?

From my own experience, no pain, just some mild discomfort!

I use tiny, fine needles to help minimise discomfort and reduce the risk of bruising.

And those little bumps you can see during treatment? They’re called blebs and are completely normal. They usually settle within a few hours, although occasionally they can take a little longer.

These are my own results after just ONE treatment! 🤍

Although improvements can be seen after a single session, a course of treatments is usually recommended for optimal results.

Because sometimes it’s not about adding volume, it’s about improving the quality of the skin you already have.

What an amazing day with Codie 🤍 It genuinely exceeded my expectations.

Codie’s knowledge is incredible and I came away having learnt so much; new techniques, a completely new treatment area for me, and so many little tips and pearls of knowledge that have given me even more confidence in my approach to facial assessment and treatment planning.

What I loved most was understanding the why behind everything, from facial assessment and anatomy to treatment planning and technique. It was so much more than simply learning where and how to inject.

I’m a big believer that in aesthetics, you should never stop investing in your skills and education. There is always something new to learn, refine or improve.

Days like today remind me how much I genuinely love learning and developing what I can offer at Muse.

Always learning. Always improving. So I can continue bringing you safe, considered and beautifully refined results. 🤍

I think it’s about time I reintroduced myself 👋🏼🤍

I’m Stephanie; nurse, Independent Nurse Prescriber and the face behind Muse Aesthetics.

I’ve been a nurse for 20 years, spent 15 of those years as an Army Nurse, and after leaving the military I finally took the leap into something I’d been interested in for years… aesthetics.

For me, it’s never been about changing how someone looks.

I love subtle treatments, natural results and creating treatment plans around the person sitting in front of me, not whatever happens to be trending on Instagram.

And sometimes that means telling you that the treatment you came in asking for isn’t actually the treatment I’d recommend.

There’s been LOTS happening behind the scenes at Muse recently, including more training, new treatments and becoming an Independent Nurse Prescriber… and I’m finally going to start sharing it all.

So whether you’ve been with me from the beginning or you’ve only just found my page, hi 👋🏼 and welcome to Muse 🤍

And usually, you don’t actually want to look younger.

You don’t want to look frozen.

You don’t want people wondering what you’ve had done.

You just want to look a little fresher. A little less tired. More like yourself again. 🤍

And that’s exactly why I don’t believe in choosing a treatment before we’ve looked at what’s actually causing the concern.

It might be skin quality.
It might be lines or movement.
It might be volume loss.
Or it might be a combination of things.

The treatment should fit you, not the other way around.

Subtle, considered results will always be my thing. 🤍

I’m so happy to share that Muse Aesthetics and I have received public nominations for the NI Cosmetic Medicine Awards 2026 🥹🤍✨

What makes this even more special is that this is the second year running that I’ve received public nominations, and knowing that people have taken the time to put my name and my little business forward honestly means so much to me.

When I started Muse, I wanted to create a clinic where my patients felt comfortable, listened to and genuinely cared for, with patient safety, high standards and natural results always at the heart of what I do.

Over the last 2 years I’ve continued to learn, train and develop, but none of this would be possible without the people who choose to put their trust in me.

So to every patient who has booked an appointment, returned to see me, recommended me to a friend, left me a lovely review, shared my work or quietly supported Muse along the way, thank you. 🤍

Being nominated by the public is something I will never take for granted, and to receive that support for a second year really does make me feel incredibly proud of how far Muse has come.

Now it’s time for to search for a party dress and see what happens… 🤞🏼✨

I’m so proud of the young man you’ve become and everything you’re achieving. Watching you grow into the person you are today has honestly been one of the best parts of my life.
