Baby Talk 💛 sound on 🔊

I’m feeling very lucky at the moment, to be able to hang out with my baby girl and run The Hot Yoga Studio and the other projects with Three’s Theatre.

It’s challenging sometimes wanting to get back into teaching more and creative projects and dreams for the studio - my brain was never very good at just focusing on one thing.

But also knowing that she will only be this little for such a short time. So even though it’s tricky sometimes, and I am constantly a little disappointed that I couldn’t finish the to do list in the nap windows, we are muddling through and enjoying it.

Here’s to all the mums who are managing multiple jobs, it’s not easy at all and I have a whole new respect for all those who have come before me 🫡

STILL I RISE STORYTELLING 📚🖤.

Some of the beautiful story books I’ll be reading tomorrow at STILL I RISE Diversity Story Telling &
Orla will be reading some other class ones too.

This is a free session we run twice weekly via zoom, everyone welcome. We celebrate our differences and all the beautiful thing that makes us unique and amazing. Tomorrow we will read lovely story books with beautiful black representation.

Representation in story books is so important, it’s important for every child to see themselves as the hero in the story, and to also see others represented as hero’s also, this is how we are working stop stigma and discrimination. Talking to children openly and encouraging them to be curious about all the beautiful type of people that make up our lovely planet.

We have released bespoke packages that are available for businesses to share with their employees for family engagement, and we have new exciting news coming soon.
