Grass never fails to amaze me with the speed of it's recovery. We've had a small amount of heavy rain and today it's already looking greener.

Maybe there is lesson in life for us humans. Even when it seems like all is lost, a recovery is still possible.

Nature can teach us so much about life, if we only take the time to observe.

How much sleep are you getting?

How much rest are you getting?

How often do you laugh and have fun?

How often do you feel relaxed?

Tend to the bodies needs or it will force you to stop and listen
