Chris and Lottie are bringing together their magic of somatic, holistic and creative wellbeing practices to create a unique experience and help you build an embodied foundation for the year.
In these workshops we will be honouring seasonal cycles, giving space to what needs to be felt and heard and creating space for what is emerging.
Our overall theme is about Community Wellbeing and coming together. Each gathering will have its own theme which we will connect with in different ways.
As we are centering community we invite you to participate in ways which feel right for you. Maybe you like to sit in the corner and observe, maybe you like to journal, maybe you like to ask questions and tell stories. Or everything in between. Everything is welcome here and nothing is forced.
To connect more with the seasons too we are also starting this at imbolc.
