Does your shoulder hurt when doing shoulder press? 🤔
It’s not normal… and it’s not something you should just “push through”.
Most people get this wrong because:
• Flaring elbows out too wide ❌
• Poor technique
• Weak stabiliser muscles
• Lack of mobility
• Lifting too heavy too soon
Instead, keep your elbows at around a 45° angle ✅
This keeps your shoulders in a stronger, safer position.
