I am a Reflexologist, Reiki, Aroma Reflex & RLD ( reflexology lymphatic drainage ) Facial Reflexology ( Bergman Method ) Zone Face Lift practitioner based in Aigburth, Liverpool. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists, and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council. I am a fully qualified and insured level 5 Clinical Reflexologist Practitioner - this level is the highest level

within the UK and has a lot of extra training with it including NEPIP, which is only available from level 5 practitioners. NEPIP (NeuroEndoPsycholmmunoPody) is a specialised reflexology treatment that is particularly effective in helping people with symptoms like:
stress
anxiety
migraines
hormone imbalances
digestive issues

I am also qualified in Reiki as a level 2, plus Aroma Reflex. I am an active listener and have a caring, empathic, friendly approach towards people. I like to form trusting relationships with my clients so that they feel that they can talk to me in complete confidence.

It always makes me very happy and blessed when I receive each review, especially one’s like this.
This client came to me for RLD ( reflexology lymphatic drainage ) to help with her Lymphoedema. My client was very apprehensive over this treatment as she didn’t realise I do the drainage via the feet, to be honest I really didn’t expect her to come back to me but within less than 2 weeks she had came back for another treatment as she couldn’t believe how much it had helped her with reducing the swelling plus heaviness feeling. She has also been coming back to me regularly now 👌.
