What it’s about:
These sessions give children a safe, supportive space to explore their feelings, manage stress, and build essential coping skills. Each session combines talking, gentle Reiki, and guided meditation, helping children feel calmer, more focused, and confident. Sessions can focus on specific challenges or simply help children feel lighter, happier, and at peace.
Who it’s for:
Children aged 6–14 who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or struggle to express their emotions.

Why I do what I do:
I believe every child deserves the chance to connect with their inner calm, build confidence, and feel supported in their emotions. Mindfulness changed my life, giving me tools to cope, stay grounded, and navigate challenges with clarity. I wish it had been available to me as a child, and now my aim is to guide children to find the light within themselves, helping them feel more resilient, balanced, and empowered in everyday life.
