This is Jo 💛
Jo joined club because she really didn’t like how she looked.
❌ No self confidence
❌ Wore big loose clothing to hide her body
❌ Constantly worried people were judging her
Her hubby was invited in for a FREE wellness evaluation…
He declined.
But Jo decided to take up the offer and come along herself.
She made the decision to join because she felt she had no other option other than drastic measures 🫣🤫🤔
Well yesterday… Jo hit her 3½ stone loss 🎉
✨ 50 pounds
✨ 50 fat lumps
✨ 22.8kg gone
And wow… doesn’t she look incredible 👏🏻
But what makes this transformation even more special is everything that has changed on the inside too 💫
💛 She is incredibly proud of herself
💛 Her confidence has grown massively
💛 She has more energy
💛 She’s sleeping better
💛 She’s wearing clothes 3 sizes smaller
💛 She’s even getting more tattoos 😆
But the biggest thing of all…
Her 7-year-old daughter Olive is IMMENSELY proud of her 🥹
As a mum, that is huge. Showing your daughter that she can achieve anything she puts her mind to ❤️
Jo is not just physically different…
She is happier, stronger, more confident and thriving.
Basically… Jo is 1 AWESOME LADY 👏🏻🔥
Be more like Jo 👍🏻

I'm so incredibly Proud of my Dad 👨.
He new he needed to make some changes and he did it, and its paying dividends.
Oh did I mention he has had 3/4 holidays since joining club.

Not many people know about the really tough chapter I went through a few years ago.
There was a time I felt completely lost. I couldn’t see a way forward, and everything felt heavy — my body, my mind, and especially my heart.
On the outside I was smiling… but inside I was struggling more than anyone knew.
I felt embarrassed, like I’d let my life spiral beyond my control.
But here’s the truth…
Those moments didn’t break me — they built me.
They shaped the stronger, more understanding version of me you see today.
And it’s a big part of why I’m so passionate about helping others now.
