If you fancy a change from the house come to mens Men's Space - Maghull and Lydiate

Every Thursday 10am to 12pm
Lydiate Parish Centre, Lambshear Lane

You will receive a warm welcome not only in the building, but through the men attending.

Some men rarely say when they are struggling.

Look out for these changes in your friend/partner/neighbour...

• Going quiet: Dropping out of chats or skipping meetups.

• Short fuses: Uncharacteristic anger or snapping over minor things.

• Escapism: Working non-stop, drinking more, or hiding behind heavy humor.

Don't accept the default "I'm fine." Ask twice.

We have been successful with a grant from

We offer a non judgemental safe space to improve men's wellbeing
for men over 18.

Do you know someone who would benefit from this?

We meet once a week at Lydiate village hall (Lambshear Lane) between 10am to 12pm

No referral, free, just turn up.

Do you know any men aged 65 or over? Have you heard of abdominal aortic aneurysm? (AAA)

Have they had the screening check?

Apparently 82% of men with an untreated abdominal aortic aneurysm die from it.

BUT a simple check can be diagnosed early.

Thanks to Michelle, a nurse who works for the programme came to share information with us Men's Space - Maghull and Lydiate

We are a free supportive wellbeing group for men and support and promote different aspects of positive wellbeing such as physical, mental and social health

Age concern are actively seeking volunteers to befriend lonely people. The level of commitment is up to you. Loneliness is a slow killer for some, so what a worthy activity. If you want more information DM me or Google age concern befriending service 🥰

We are a free non clinical, friendly and supportive group for men over 18.
