I am a Registered Nurse with over 20+ years experience in Mental health,working with both children adults and families. I specialise in trauma/childhood trauma, mood disorders, addictions and recovery models, crisis intervention and child’s mental health.My passion has always been working with people and I have learned along the way that health, healing and wellness isn’t just a medical approach a

nd this is why I decided to become a Reiki master.In my practice I provide a holistic, individualised and empathetic approach to all of my clients allowing you to feel nurtured and valued as the perfect human being you are.
