Protein powder is one of the supplements I get asked about most, and the short answer is: yes, it can absolutely have a place in a healthy diet.
It’s a convenient way to help boost protein intake, especially if you’re busy, have a smaller appetite or simply struggle to hit your protein targets through food alone.
Not all protein powders are created equal, though. In the carousel, I cover:
