Chia Pudding 🫶🏽

Just mix chia seeds with your favourite milk, let it sit 10 mins, stir to break up the lumps, then fridge it

Make a batch for a few portions and you’re set for the week! Top with fruit, a drizzle of nut butter, whatever you like 😋

Chia is packed with protein and soluble fibre, perfect for digestion

Travel tip: bring a little packet of seeds with you
➡️ you can make this anywhere and still keep your gut happy🌱

And chocolate covered fruit never misses either does it? 😉

I can't believe we're already halfway through my group programme ✨️ Start Strong!

It's been such a privilege to see the group:

🤍 making exercise work for them around kids and work
🤍 trying new routines in the gym
🤍 actually stretching and working on mobility rather than skipping it!
🤍 finding ways to get more walking in
🤍 building confidence with running and how to fuel their sessions
🤍 getting compliments on their packed lunches in the office
🤍 knowing that they've prepped some meals to take the pressure off in the evenings
🤍 trying new delicious homemade snacks
🤍 drinking more water and making it a habit
🤍 picking up dumbbells and resistance bands for the first time ever and being consistent even when on the move

Maybe most importantly, doing things with intention and the positive mindset that they're not doing a huge life overhaul they'll crash and burn with

➡️ but understanding what's possible now, where they can push themselves a little and incorporate small changes into what they already do ✅️

I'm so excited for the next few weeks together!

💚 Chocolate Pistachio Date Bark

Another non recipe for you! Because we all need easy delicious snacks that don't take forever to whip up

If you can, get slightly posh dates for this one
➡️ take out the stones and squash them slightly

Melt chocolate with a tsp of coconut oil in the microwave

Drizzle your choice of nut butter and chocolate on top

Pop in the freezer for 15 mins if you're a bit impatient like me, then break it up into pieces. It'll keep in the fridge 👌🏽

🌅 If you’re not really a morning person…
it doesn’t mean mornings have to be rubbish.

If there’s one part you do enjoy
➡️ the thing that helps you get out of bed (it probably involves caffeine ☕️)
try giving yourself a little more time and pair it with a short walk

Seeing daylight first thing helps reset your body clock, and that gentle movement gets your day off to a calm, focused start

It’s not just about waking up properly
👉 this also supports your circadian rhythm so your body knows when it’s time to rest later too

This is the kind of realistic habit I encourage my clients to build: small, flexible changes that fit around unpredictable schedules and actually make a difference over time
