Being Yoga: Through Personal & Professional Relationships

4th June to 3rd July 2026
“The “state” of yoga has so many benefits and can be used much more widely in our lives. This course explores yoga as a relational state — one that informs how we communicate, listen, lead, and respond in everyday life. Learn to share yoga in inclusive, accessible ways that widen access to its benefits across personal, professional, and interdisciplinary environments.”

400hr Yoga Therapy for Young People

1st Oct 2026 to 11th Nov 2027
“A clinically informed, trauma-aware, evidence-aligned training for professionals who want to work therapeutically with mild to moderate mental health challenges in young people.
This diploma programme offers a comprehensive training pathway for qualified yoga teachers who wish to become specialist yoga therapists for young people experiencing mental health challenges. The course integrates ancient yogic wisdom, psychotherapeutic frameworks, and clinical psychiatry – with a balanced blend of theory, practice, and supervised application.”

Headstand Workshop Level 2
23th May; 5pm-7.30pm
(Sign up link in story and my bio)

Attended our level 1 Headstand Workshop and wanting more? Been practicing headstand in your own practice and looking for ways to deepen the practice? Here is an opportunity for you to advance your headstand (Śirşāsana).

This workshop is aiming at advancing people with an existing headstand practice, so the pre-requisite is that you have either attended the level 1 workshop or already can independently come into a headstand. After a short refresher of the basic building blocks of coming into inversions, we will look to create different variations in headstand, as well as modifications.

As always, due to the demand of strength and flexibility required around the shoulder, neck and upper limbs, this workshop may not be suitable for you if you have any serious conditions or injuries around these areas.

Yin Workshop
Sunday 31st of May, 4:30-6:30pm

Are you looking for a practice to help release tension from hips and lower back? Maybe to find tools that can help body to rebalance its function? Here is a 2-hour slowed down practice, focusing at our hips and lower back. The postures are held for longer durations, with suitable breathing practices and support with props. Some relaxation techniques will also be used to help ease you in and out.

The longer class also means that we will have time to dive in more on the Eastern view of the physiology and function. What does Chinese medicine and Ayurvedic point of view say about the pelvis and lower back? Sign up (via link in my bio and story) and join us for the practice.

Super exciting announcement!!! 🎉🎉🎉

is a specialised holistic health center in Shepherd’s Bush, West London. Their upstairs treatment space offers acupuncture and a variety of individualised treatment. And in their ground floor studio space, they host an amazing range of classes and workshops.

From Friday 24th of April (Next Friday!) onward, I will be teaching a weekly group Pregnancy Yoga Class. I will be tailoring the practice to everyone who are in the room, with suitable physical postures with gentle breathing practice, relaxation techniques and focus. I will also bring in my knowledge and experience of working as a Yoga Therapist and medical doctor (previously worked in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, as well as perinatal mental health). So do spread the word if you know of anyone who is around the area and is looking for a pregnancy yoga class.

Also, I will be hosting a Yin Workshop focusing the hips and lower back Sunday 31st of May 4:30-6:30pm. More details (and hopefully more workshop) to follow. 😇

I am so exciting!! 3 upcoming workshops this Spring/Summer:

Starting with this Saturday 28th March, 5-7:30pm
Headstand Workshop Level 1
We will be looking at how to build towards an inversion practice, focusing on headstand (but also touching on handstand and shoulder stand). Breaking down the preparation needed, why is it so fun to go upside down and when not to do it.
A great foundation workshop if you are looking to develop to becoming an independent “inverter”. 😉

On Saturday 11th April, 5:30-7:30pm
Restorative Yoga Workshop
A Spring-themed, gently-paced workshop, where we spend time to connect with our body, breath and mind. Is spring an exciting time for us? What energy is it bringing up within our bodies? What holds us back and potentially exhaust us during the process?

Then on Saturday 23rd April, 5-7.30pm
Headstand Workshop Level 2
What’s the next step once we can come into a headstand? What’s possible? What can we do to modify or vary physically? And how can we keep our breath regulated?
Only suitable for practitioners who have attended Level 1 or already can independently achieve a headstand.

Booking link in my Bio and look out for a story with the individual links closer to the time. Looking forward to see you there!

So looking forward to the 2026 Conference “Doctors - Making it Better”. It’s happening on Friday 30th January 2026 at the Royal Society of Medicine, Wimpole Street.

This year’s theme is on exploring how doctors
can shape the future of medicine - from the global stage to everyday practice within the
NHS. Through engaging talks, workshops, and discussion, the conference will aim to share the skills, perspectives, and confidence needed for the challenges ahead.

() and I are returning to host 2 Yoga & Healthcare workshop (morning session at 10:45-11:30 and afternoon session at 14:30-15:15). We will look to share tools, practices and perspectives from the Eastern Yoga Philosophy, and how they complement Western medical healthcare. One of the core principles from Yoga Sutra of Patanjalj is that we can develop the ability to prevent future suffering (Sutra 2.16). Want to learn how and join the conversation, come find us at the workshops in 2 weeks.

Happy 2026!

It’s so exciting that I get to announced a number of workshops I have planned with various collaborators, for you all:

In January, I am partnering up with again for a follow up part 2 workshop on Yoga & Neurophysiology. There was such positive response to the one we did in December last year, we now call that part 1, and created a second session. In this session, we will get to dive deeper into how Yoga and Western science complement each other on human Neurophysiology. You are welcomed to join even if you have missed part 1. 😉
For those of you who like the completeness of attending both part 1&2, we will be doing both part 1&2 together in March.

Towards end of January, I am also co-hosting Yoga workshops with for trainee doctors who are attending conference 2026. This year is all about how Doctors can make it better from the global scale to our local community. I truly believe it all starts from our own personal health and wellbeing, and I am so ready to share Yoga practice to my fellow trainee doctors. It’s a practice that benefited me, people around me and people I look after so so much!

If you are interested for any of them, feel free to get in touch (comment or DM). I have put the schedule and booking links in my bio. Looking forward to see you soon!

Yoga in India 2025

06/10/2025

On Sunday 25th of October, I will be teaching a headstand workshop between 5-7.30pm. It is open to people of all asana experience, as it’s such fun going upside down and looking the world from a different perspective.

We will look at how to prepare ourselves going into the practice, what it does to our system and what counter postures are needed afterward. If there is time, we can even look at modifications and variations.

Do get in touch if you have issues around neck and shoulders, arms, head or heart, as this workshop might be contra-indicated. Get in touch for more information and I will put the booking link on my bio.

How are you all?? Enjoying this exciting New Year period, which is perfect for setting new intention? Some of us may already feel like another break is needed, especially if you have been running round during the festive season.

This Saturday on 25th January (also happens to be the start of Lunar New Year), I am doing my next Restorative Yoga workshop
The theme is to “Re-align”, where I aim to lead a good practice on sorting through what we want to bring along into the new year, and what we can leave behind with the old.

Not to mention, it is a great way to welcome yourselves back to West London if you have been aboard. 😉
