For me I totally agree with the quote the energy that you put out to the universe🪐, it is absorbs and like a frequency wave travels ( that’s how I imagine it). I never use to think that til the last year or so where I made a decision to change my mindset, had my therapy sessions, read and listen to Audible books. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

When your energy travels through the universe 🪐 it’s like a frequency that can be high, low and even medium🌀. Which the universe feeds on and return back to you on the same level frequency. For example, if you are feeling down/negative about something there’s a 🌟 low energy frequency surrounding you (your glowing with low frequency) which your letting off which the universe will feed on and return back to you. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

✨ With only a few days left in April and a new month almost upon us, 2021 has been a mixed bag year but more happy moments we have experience so far. We know the action of giving gratitude in the morning as it’s something we practice, we just wanted to remind you that you can give thanks right where you are. Whether you are in your car commuting home from work, be grateful you have a job to drive to and from. Be grateful to having a car that’s give you freedom to venture out. Out doing your weekly shop, be grateful that you are able to have access to fresh food, to buy food. If you are just chilling at home, your parent’s home or with flatmates having a roof over your head where you can lay your head at night, be warm and relax.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
