FEAR VS INTUITION, KNOWING THE DIFFERENCE

Fear is loud.
Intuition is quiet.
But once you know the difference, you can't unknow it.

Fear says:
don't.
What if it goes wrong?
What will people think?
Stay where it's safe.

Intuition says:
this.
Quietly.
Without drama.
Often more than once.

They can feel similar at first.
But there's a difference and your body usually knows it, even when your mind is still catching up.
Start noticing which voice you've been listening to.

Self-trust isn't about always knowing the right answer.
It's about knowing you can handle whatever comes your way.
Self-trust doesn't mean always being certain.

It means something quieter than that.
It means believing that whatever happens, you can handle it. That your inner voice is worth listening to.
That you don't always need someone else to confirm what you already sense.
