π What defines a mentally healthy workplace for you?
This question comes up in almost every organisation I work with β and the answers are rarely as simple as policies or perks.
A mentally healthy workplace is not built on a single initiative.
Itβs shaped by everyday leadership behaviours, team dynamics, and how consistently people feel supported.
In some organisations, itβs strong, visible leadership that sets the tone.
In others, itβs manageable workloads that prevent burnout before it starts.
Sometimes itβs the ability to have open, honest conversations without fear.
And in many cases, itβs simply knowing that support is there when itβs needed.
The reality is β all of these factors are interconnected.
But where organisations choose to focus often reveals where the biggest gaps exist.
Iβd be interested to hear your perspective.
π Supportive leadership
π Manageable workload
