When I received my starter kit I was so exited and overwhelmed at the same time. At first I defused some lavender and grapefruit, nothing else😃The smell was amazing it felt relaxing too. I encourage you to not let oils intimidate you just keep it simple. Try using them once a day. You will see the benefits and slowly thru experience and minimal research learn and love their practical everyday uses!
