Yes you read that right!!
This lovely lady is actually one of OGs when I was an in-person PT. And this was when she just had 1 little one. Now she has 3!! When you joined the team after her 3rd, she wanted to lose weight, improve her health, and be a positive example for her children.
As a mum of 3 and only 4 months postpartum, the LAST thing she needed was an extreme plan, hours of cardio, or a meal plan that meant cooking different meals from her family. Instead, we focused on making fat loss fit around her life.
She trained completely from home, starting with nothing more than resistance bands. No gym memberships. No complicated workouts. No spending hours away from her family.
We focused on simple habits, realistic nutrition, and a training plan she could actually stick to. She learned how to eat in a way that supported her goals while still enjoying meals with her family. No cutting out entire food groups. No good and bad foods. No starting over every Monday.
The biggest reason she’s achieved these results? Consistency. Not because she was perfect. Not because she had more time than anyone else. But because she committed to the process, trusted the coaching, and kept ticking the boxes week after week.
This is exactly why I believe fat loss should be as simple and enjoyable as possible. When your plan fits your lifestyle, you don’t have to rely on motivation. You don’t feel like you’re constantly on a diet. And the results become sustainable rather than temporary.
