🌿 Resilience doesn’t come from pushing harder.

It comes from leading yourself with the same compassion you want to offer others.

That’s what Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) teaches.
An evidence-based program, MSC helps you face challenges with strength and heart—even in times of change.

Starting October 16, 2025, join certified teachers Navine Chhuon (The Engaged Mindfulness Initiative) and Bela Shah (Wisdom Leadership) for a live, 8-week journey.

✨ In this course, you’ll learn how to:

🌿 Quiet the inner critic and build authentic confidence
🌿 Strengthen emotional resilience in the face of stress
🌿 Create calm and clarity for wiser decisions
🌿 Lead with a grounded, heart-centered presence

💡 Curious? Join a free online info session to discover what MSC is all about:

Wake up

Because of what’s called “experience-dependent neuroplasticity,” whatever you hold in attention has a special power to change your brain. Attention is like a combination spotlight and vacuum cleaner: it illuminates what it rests upon and then sucks it into your brain – and yourself.

Therefore, controlling your attention – becoming more able to place it where you want it and keep it there, and more able to pull it away from what’s bothersome or pointless (such as looping again and again through anxious preoccupations, mental grumbling, or self-criticism) – is the foundation of changing your brain, and thus your life, for the better.

Great reading even for non-parents 😊
