On my last day in Guatemala, I find myself reflecting on how wonderful this trip has been. I am in awe of all that this past month has held. A month full of adventure, exploration, and—most importantly—transformation and centering, a return to myself ✨🌀
I’ve felt so welcomed by her people.
I’ve felt held by her volcanoes, standing still and strong, quietly watching and witnessing from a distance, witnessing to all that unfolds.
I’ve felt deeply embraced by her beautiful, magical Lake Atitlán. I’ve connected with it in a special way, and it now holds a piece of my heart💙
I still don’t quite have the words to describe how transformational these last nine days have been. I’ve had the honour and privilege of apprenticing with a very special elder, a wisdom keeper, alongside her daughters—Mayan midwives who follow the Mayan cosmovision.
Something sacred has been shared, something I'm still learning how to carry.
🤍🤍🤍I return home with deep gratitude—humbled, open-hearted, centered, and rooted🤍🤍🤍
I know the rhythm of London will feel loud at first, perhaps jarring, so I will give myself the space to land slowly, to integrate, to listen. And when the time feels right, I will begin again—holding space for those who feel called to work with herbal medicine🌿
If that’s you, I’d love to hear from you😌
