This is the DILEMMA!!

If you still have any doubt on WHY and HOW you should use resistance bands during your workout routine,

Your body will thank you, and your muscles will work in a different way.

Place your across your legs and perform an hip trust lifting just one leg. Keep the position for a couple of second then repeat.
Also, mind your back! πŸ˜‰
