So here’s some things for you to think about to stop burning out in your business ⏭️⏭️⏭️

Would you like to turn your workout videos into selling machines? 👀👋🏼

How often do you post a workout video and think, “this is what my potential client wants?” 🤔

That's a question for you. Too often do I see coaches posting videos on the social media that is way too advanced for what their potential client might need. 🤷🏻‍♀️

As a coach you've got to think about a couple of things: ⏬

1. State who it’s for

This may seem basic, but most coaches actually miss this! 😬

Why would someone save it if there is no direction to whom you actually want to pick it up? 🙈

Think of key words that will optimise the SEO within instagram. How is someone going to find you? 🤷🏻‍♀️

2. Show progressions/Progressions

Are you guilty of posting your own workouts consistently without telling someone what they actually need to take from a workout or how they can adapt it or how they can make it easier/harder? 👀

THIS may the the reason likes aren’t turning into leads… no one is sure what you actually offer the and how it’s adapted to their levels. 😅

3. Show what your clients do

There’s a few things here. ⏭️

Showing what your clients do shows you back yourself as a coach. 👏🏼
It also makes your clients feel you are their cheerleader and they are smashing it! 🎉

It’s the easiest way for you to show your knowledge!🙌🏼

4. Always state the next step📲

What should a client do next to get access to more workout videos. 👀

Let’s be honest, you aren’t just posting workout videos for the fun of posting a workout video. You would like someone to get in touch and find out more yes? Then state what the purpose of the video is. 😆

3 areas that you can improve on to grow your fitness business online 🤍🙌🏼

1. Narrowing your niche.

It’s that classic saying, not everyone is going to like you so, stop trying to please everyone. Energy flows where your focus goes. Focus on trying to specialise in a key area.

2. Understand why someone would choose you.

Speak to people, your clients, your friends, family and ask them why would you choose me to work with over others. Ask your followers, it’s really that simple. 🤷🏻‍♀️ BUT if you don’t know why someone would pick you over someone else, this needs to change.

3. Understanding what you need.

To be honest, this is the most common. The one thing I hear every time a coach invests in getting people in their team it’s, “I wish I’d done this sooner”. There’s a couple of ways of going about it. Working out what you want from your business. Be more efficient with your time to your needs, or be better at delegating tasks that aren’t your speciality 🙌🏼
