*Salary: £17.50-£18.00 PER HOUR*
*(negotiable and based on experience)*
*Duration: Permanent*
*Position: 38.5 HOURS (Day Shift for now but can be flexible later)*

*ABOUT US:*
*HeroCare* Ltd is looking for a highly qualified Registered General Nurses (RGN) + a Mental Health Nurses (RMN) who are passionate about Care, Physical and Mental Disabilities and would like to join one of our Clients in Hounslow - London. The Client has just opened a new 18 bed home for adults (from 29 years old) who have physical or mental disabilities.
We are seeking for candidates that has previously worked in a Care Home and who has experience with Mental and Disabled Conditions in Patients.
*REQUIREMENTS:*
• _Registered Nurse (RGN and/ or RMN), with a current NMC PIN_
• _Right to work in the UK_
• _Valid Enhanced DBS or able to apply for one_
• _At least 2 years experience post qualifications_
• _Clear knowledge of working with and to CQC guidelines_
• _No significant breaks in your career_
• _Excellent written and verbal communication_
• _Teamwork and management skills_
• _A drive to make a positive change_
*SKILLS:*
• Managing personalised care plans
• Catheter care
• Wound management
• Administering of medication
• Attending to residents’ physical and mental needs
