A few small things that can actually help, right now.
Water and electrolytes before caffeine. A pinch of salt and squeeze of lemon in water first thing works well, or a good quality electrolyte product. I rate for everyday use.
Training or exercising in this heat? A stronger, sport-specific electrolyte is often worth it, and are both ones I rate highly (no endorsement, just products I like). Supports the fluid balance your body's working hard on in this heat, more than another coffee will.
Protein-forward breakfast, not carb-heavy. Stable blood sugar early tends to carry through the day, one less demand on a system already managing a lot.
Cooler bedroom, proper wind-down in the evening. Even a small temperature drop supports the deep sleep hot nights tend to interrupt.
None of this needs an overhaul. Just small adjustments while things settle. If cancelling plans has become more of a pattern than an odd week, it's worth exploring what's actually driving it.
