😬Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) is the dark mark that’s left behind after acne, eczema, ingrown hairs or any skin injury. The good news? It doesn’t have to be permanent—but treating it takes consistency, not just wishful thinking.

If you’re serious about fading PIH, these four ingredients deserve a place in your routine:

🍊Vitamin C – A powerful antioxidant that brightens the skin, helps reduce pigmentation and protects against environmental damage.

🧴Sunscreen – The non-negotiable. UV exposure makes pigmentation darker, more stubborn and much slower to fade. No SPF = you’re undoing your progress.
