Earlier this week I felt called to read one of my crystals, a beautiful Brazilian Agate, here's what found...

As I connected to the crystal, a vision unfolded, lifting me over a vast, storm-swept ocean with huge waves crashing in every direction.

I was drawn to an isolated island I saw in the distance —a vibrant green with sheer cliffs that seemed to guard something ancient. I land on the island and make my way towards the cliffs.

Emerging from the waters was an immense presence, I couldn't see it with my eyes but I FELT it very strongly. It was vast, it felt ancient and wise. This is what it said:

“You’re on a quest, a journey of honour and truth, a warrior’s path. But you carry no weapons, for your heart is enough. This quest isn’t about conquering lands or seeking treasures—it’s about conquering yourself. Let your heart be the guide. All you need lies within.”

In its words, I felt a message not just for myself, but for all of us.

Embracing our full selves—our light and our darkness—is a true act of courage. To conquer ourselves, we need only to trust our hearts and find strength in that inner truth.

This is our quest, our calling: to embrace the vastness within, allowing our hearts to lead us to become more whole, more powerful, and more at peace.

In good Scorpio ♏️ season fashion I have been working on my shadow this month.

I asked my guides for some wisdom last week and this is what came through during one of my meditations...

"We all carry both light and darkness within us, and it’s up to each of us to decide which will guide our journey. Pushing away your shadows only creates resistance, and resistance keeps us stuck. Instead, try loving, accepting, and embracing those parts of you that feel dark. They’re part of your wholeness, part of what makes you you."

I felt that.

This isn’t about choosing one side—it’s about recognising that you are goodness, you are the light. Embrace all of yourself to step into transformation and your fullest potential. ✨

Did you know that you’re constantly absorbing energy?

You may not be aware of it, but as you go about your day—meeting clients, working on projects, interacting with people—you are taking in the energy of everything and everyone around you. And sometimes, this energy doesn’t just disappear when you leave the room. It sticks. It lingers. It can drain you, making you feel off-balance, fatigued, or even overwhelmed.
