THIS ISSUE HAS NOW BEEN RESOLVED ***********

Following the recent alliance between Bursted Wood Surgery and Lyndhurst Medical Centre and the integration of our clinical systems, we have identified a technical issue affecting some of our digital platforms. As a result, we have temporarily disabled online access to consultations and documents for patients who use these services. You can still view and order prescriptions through your online accounts during this period.
We will share another update on Friday at 4pm.

Now we have merged with Lyndhurst Medical Centre, you may notice that you cannot log into the NHS as smoothly as normal! This is expected for those who we helped log in via linkage key!

Todays the day!!!!
Two Surgeries become one and we will continue to provide excellent care across both sites.
Please bear with us in the early transition stages as our IT systems will still be amalgamating until 14th April, and whilst we hope for smooth sailing this is unchartered waters and we are all adjusting.😀
