A beautiful way to release when at the beach

You don’t always need to wait for a Full Moon to let go, You can do this any time you wish.

Get the kids involved too.
Who doesn’t love drawing in sand 🥰🙌🏼

Intention Release

Draw a heart in the sand

Now intentionally add the things you wish to release by drawing shapes

Draw whatever shapes comes to mind

Once done
Sit back
Slowly take a few deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth

Sit patiently for the waves to wash away what you have chosen to release

Once the waves have washed away what you have been holding onto

Take in a big deep cleansing breath
In through the nose and a big sigh breath release out through the mouth.

Each session is a unique experience, created to support your mind, body, and soul. Reiki healing is woven into every treatment, helping to encourage deep rest, balance, and alignment.

A variety of healing modalities can be intuitively blended together, tailored to your individual needs and where you are on your journey.

Each session begins with a cleansing ritual and concludes with an angel card reading.

Everyone is welcomed — all genders, whether you choose to come alone or bring someone with you.
