On Sunday we got the bolsters out and it was a beautiful early rise yoga session with enhanced support, deeper relaxation and supported alignment ✨ Bolster work gives the body a chance to completely let go, supporting joints and reducing the muscular effort required to hold a pose and the versatility to support knees, hips, backbends and more. There was a time when I wasn’t a fan of props but that tide is turning 💚✨
