Late to post… but what a fab two days we had earlier this month with at .nation! ✨🤍

Blossom brings SUCH incredible energy, knowledge and storytelling. She always gets you thinking differently… with a twist (literally! 😄). We were so lucky to have her back in London.

I left feeling lighter, more open and re-energised, with lots of fun new tools to play with. 💡🙌

TBT to last year’s mentorships with and the amazing ✨

A little snippet from the Horseback workshop — building up to the full exercise… one I usually avoid 😅 and yes, on the Wunda Chair (arguably the most challenging apparatus in the studio).

Working HARD 💪 through my abs, legs & glutes 🔥 .

So challenging but sooo good — left me feeling open and like I had brand new hips.

Mentorships like this are gold for us teachers… always learning, always levelling up for our clients learning 💫

Meet Maureen, 89 years young 💪🤍✨

She started Pilates only 6 months ago — already active (she even does Nordic walking 💪), & getting stronger every single week..

We’ve been focusing on alignment — opening the chest (to help her rounded back) improving her posture, and building on core strength 💫

The difference is incredible… after each session Maureen stands taller, with strength, confidence — and takes control working with and without the springs to take control of her body 👏.

A beautiful reminder that it’s never too late to feel better in your body 🤩 Pilates truly is for everybody ❤️🙏

Such a joy and privilege to be part of her journey. ✨

Ever tried Tree on the Tower/Cadillac? It’s one of my favourite adaptations🌳✨

The Tree is a moment of full-body integration — breath, strength, stretch, & alignment working together with intention. This is why it’s so challenging.

This variation gives you that extra lift you need if you’re tight,fires up the deep abdominals & back muscles, and helps keep you aligned and honest.

It’s a spicy little challenge — one I absolutely LOVE teaching. 🔥 AND these ladies nailed it. No easy feat, but they made it look gorgeous. 💪✨
