As a certified aromatherapist passionate about holistic well-being, I believe in the careful incorporation of essential oil in your daily life, but if you have pets in the house, you need to be aware of how to make sure your pets are comfortable and safe around you. 🌿

Whether you have a playful pup or a purring feline companion, aromatherapy can be a gentle and effective way to support their emotional and physical well-being. ✨

Here are some golden rules to keep in mind when using essential oils with your pets:
1️⃣ Always allow your pet to walk away from any application or remedy.
2️⃣ Take extra care around sensitive areas like the ge***al region.
3️⃣ Understand the extracts you’re using and how they relate to your pet’s species.
4️⃣ Use caution with herbivores like horses to prevent accidental ingestion.
5️⃣ Avoid overwhelming your pet with strong aromas and provide them with an escape route if needed.

Inhalation is a powerful method for pets to benefit from essential oils. With their keen sense of smell, dogs can respond positively to aromatic remedies. While more subtle in their reactions, cats also enjoy the calming effects of carefully selected scents.🐱

Enjoy this little London haven and learn about its historic Victorian traditions that link different cultures and myths.

Get to know the link with the essential oils derived from its trees and plants and the the surprisingly close connection to traditional uses.

Experience hands on the aromas and the plants while exploring the grounds afterwards.

One of London’s Magnificent Seven cemeteries. The only historical working cemetery that is also a Royal Park. An excellent place for walks and nature watching. Fascinating to look out for famous names and their final resting places.

Blending a “Rosey” bouquet

I received a request to create a blend with a “rose garden” aroma for a client's parent. The parent is going through some health issues and needs a scent that will make them happy and calm.

Layering several flowers and adding a bit of freshness and some green to them with essential oils and absolutes like Rose, Geranium, and Palmarosa, among others, gives the scent a well-rounded “flowery” feel and balances out the therapeutics, making it uplifting, calming, and, of course, a pleasure to use daily.

Adding it to a Personal Inhaler means you can take it with you on the go wherever you need it most. It's small and discreet, and best of all, it's refillable and reusable, so when a new top-up is required, or maybe you want a new scent altogether, you just replace the cotton insert with a new one, and Voila!
