1. twisted forward fold (both sides)

2. melting heart pose - make sure to keep your gaze lifted!!

3. extended child

Great for anyone struggling to settle back into work mode. Remember, our bodies were not made to be sat at a desk for long periods of time so give your neck and shoulders the opportunity to soften and watch all the stress stored there float away!
