I hope you’re doing well. You are warmly invited to join us on Zoom this evening at 7pm, for a shared mindfulness meditation practice.
There is a quiet resonance in practicing as a group that we often miss when we’re on our own. Please know there’s a seat for you here, exactly as you are—no experience necessary.
Investment and Booking:
- Individual sessions are £6.50 each (£4.90 concessionary rate for university students, state school teachers, NHS nurses/junior doctors/admin/support staff, emergency services staff, and anyone receiving universal credit or full time carers allowance).
- A 6-week block booking is £33, or £25 for the above concessions. The sessions do not have to be consecutive, just use them within 12 weeks.
